INTERNATIONAL CONFERENCE, DEDICATED TO 25 TH ANNIVERSARY OF CONSTITUTION OF KAZAKHSTAN

On August 21, 2020, Kostanay Academy of the Ministry of internal Affairs named after Shrakbek Kabylbayev, the Сonstitutional Council of the Republic of Kazakhstan and the Center for scientific and special research (Aktobe) hold a joint international scientific and practical conference «Constitutional and legal mechanism for the implementation of human and civil rights and freedoms in the Republic of Kazakhstan» dedicated to the 25th anniversary of the Constitution of the Republic of Kazakhstan. It is planned to discuss the following issues: - Constitutional and legal development of the law enforcement system: national and foreign experience. - Law enforcement agencies in the mechanism of implementation of guarantees of constitutional rights and freedoms of man and citizen. - Constructive interaction of the police Department with civil society at the present stage. Chairman of the Сonstitutional Council of the Republic of Kazakhstan, doctor of law Kairat Abdrazakuly Mami and head of the law enforcement Department of the security Council of the Republic of Kazakhstan Kanat Serikovich Seidgapbarov will make a welcoming speech to the participants of the conference.
