ONLINE INTERNATIONAL CONFERENCE "CONSTITUTION OF THE XXI CENTURY - THE RULE OF LAW, HUMAN VALUE AND EFFICIENCY OF THE STATE"

On August 27, 2020, an online international conference (IV Congress of the Association of Asian Constitutional Courts and Equivalent Institutions) will be held on the topic: «XXI century Constitution - Rule of law, Value of Person and Effectiveness of State», dedicated to the 25th anniversary of the Constitution of the Republic of Kazakhstan. It is expected to involve the heads of state structures of Kazakhstan, representatives of authoritative international organizations, constitutional control bodies of foreign countries, as well as well-known legal scholars. Leading lawyers from all over the world, representing in the majority the bodies of constitutional justice, will discuss topical issues of further constitutional and legal development, including those related to the coronavirus pandemic.
