SOCIAL MODERNIZATION OF SOCIETY AND STATE WERE DISCUSSED

On August 26, 2020, the international scientific and practical conference on: "The Constitution of the Republic of Kazakhstan is the fundamental basis for the social modernization of society and state”, dedicated to the 25th anniversary of the Constitution of the Republic of Kazakhstan was held. The forum was organized by the Constitutional Council, Ministry of Justice and Institute of Legislation and legal information of the Republic of Kazakhstan. Chairman of Constitutional Council K.Mami, welcoming the participants, noted that the Constitution holds a special place in the life of modern society and the state. Primarily, the substance and essential features of the Constitution are determined by the regulation the most important social relations, consolidation the foundations of the constitutional system, the principles of the organization of the public administrations. Within the conference the member of the Constitutional Council A.Temerbekov made a presentation entitled «Some aspects of the social modernization of society and state in the message of the Constitutional Council of the Republic of Kazakhstan». Presentations were also made by representatives of state organizations of Kazakhstan, authoritative international organizations and prominent academics and public figures.
