On October 12, 2020, member of the Сonstitutional Council A.K. Daulbayev took part in a videoconference session of the Commission under the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan оn reforming the law enforcement and judicial systems of the Republic of Kazakhstan The Commission considered proposals to strengthen procedural guarantees of human rights and freedoms in criminal proceedings.
