INTERNATIONAL ONLINE FORUM OF YOUNG SCIENTISTS

On October 26, 2020, an International Forum of Young Scientists entitled “Nazarbayev’s Model” - a strategic response to the challenges of the 21st century” began. The event was organized online by the Nursultan Nazarbayev Foundation, the Constitutional Council, the AIFC and the OSCE Program Office in Nur-Sultan, in partnership with the KazNPU named after Abai, Al- Farabi Kazakh National University, Institute Sorbonne-Kazakhstan and other universities of the country. At the plenary session, the Chairman of the Constitutional Council K. Mami made a welcoming speech. He noted that over the years, the forum of young scientists has become an authoritative discussion platform for discussing topical issues of state and public life. The current forum is dedicated to an important theme and is held in the year of the 25th anniversary of the Constitution of the Republic of Kazakhstan. Today, almost thirty years after the proclamation of sovereignty, we can firmly affirm with a sense of pride that Kazakhstan is a respected member of the international community and has all the signs of an established statehood. In these successes of the country, the key role belongs to the First President of the Republic - Elbasy N.A. Nazarbayev. By the recognition of the people
and by right, he is the Founder of Independent Kazakhstan, the speaker said. The first section "Post COVID-19: legal issues" was moderated by a member of the Constitutional Council V.A. Malinovsky. He made a presentation on "The Constitution and Science of Constitutional Law: Strategy, Challenges and Solutions" The Forum will continue its work until October 30 of this year.
