CRIMINOLOGICAL FORUM DEDICATED TO THE MEMORY OF THE PROSECUTOR OF THE KAZAKH SSR U.S. SEITOV

On November 6, 2020, the Secretary General of the Constitutional Council B. Nurmukhanov took part online in the work of the criminological forum dedicated to the memory of the Prosecutor of the Kazakh SSR Utegen Seitov
(Seitov readings). The event was organized by the Law Enforcement Academy under the Prosecutor General’s Office of the Republic of Kazakhstan. The forum was attended by deputies of the Parliament, representatives of the Presidential Executive Office, the Office of the Prime Minister, the Supreme Court, law enforcement and special bodies, the scientific community, as well as foreign experts. At the forum B. Nurmukhanov made a report on the topic:"Strengthening the guarantees of protecting the rights of citizens from the use of unconstitutional legal acts in criminal proceedings".
