EXPERT ROUND TABLE “CONSTITUTIONAL REVIEW IN THE FOCUS OF CONSTITUTIONAL REFORMS IN THE RUSSIAN FEDERATION”

On November 26, 2020 the Secretary General of the Constitutional Council Bakyt Nurmukhanov took part online in the expert round table entitled: “Constitutional review in the focus of constitutional reforms in the Russian Federation.”
The event was organized by M.V. Lomonosov Moscow State University.
The expert round table was attended by representatives of a number of government agencies and the judiciary, university professors, and public figures.
Bakyt Nurmukhanov made a presentation on the topic: “Improving the procedure for initiating subsequent constitutional review.”
