PERSONAL DATA PROTECTION ISSUES DISCUSSED

On November 26, 2020, member of the Constitutional Council of the Republic of Kazakhstan U. Shapak, took part online in the international scientific
round table entitled: “Video monitoring: issues of legal regulation of risks associated with privacy and protection of personal data.”
The event was organized by the KAZGUU Law School of M. Narikbayev KAZGUU University.
The forum was also attended by representatives of government agencies, the scientific community, experts in the field of human rights protection, as well as non-governmental organizations.
