K. MAMI MET WITH MR. MARK BEER

On December 2, 2020, the Chairman of the Constitutional Council K. Mami met with the Chief Executive of the Dispute Resolution Authority at the Dubai International Financial Center, Mr. Mark Beer.
K. Mami emphasized the effective cooperation and contribution of Mr. Beer to the modernization of the country's judicial system, the development of the law of the Astana International Financial Center and dispute resolution mechanisms, taking into account the best foreign experience.
During the meeting, the Chairman of the Constitutional Council acquainted the guest with the activities of the Kazakh body of constitutional control, as well as the tasks set by the President of the Republic in the field of further reforming the law enforcement system of Kazakhstan.
Following the meeting, K. Mami presented Mr. Mark Beer with a state award - the Order of Dostyk, II degree, which he was awarded by the Decree of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan for his significant contribution to the establishment of the principles of constitutionalism, strengthening peace and cooperation between states.
In turn, Mr. Beer thanked for the state award and expressed confidence in the prospects for cooperation.
