THE 125TH PLENARY SESSION OF THE VENICE COMMISSION OF THE COUNCIL OF EUROPE WAS HELD

On December 11-12, 2020, the Kazakh delegation consisting of the member of the Venice Commission from the Republic of Kazakhstan, Deputy Executive Director of the Nursultan Nazarbayev Foundation I.I. Rogov and Deputy Member of the Venice Commission from the Republic of Kazakhstan - Member of the Constitutional Council U. Shapak took part in the 125th online plenary session of the Venice Commission of the Council of Europe. At the plenary session, the Venice Commission considered measures related to its opinion on the Draft Code of Administrative Procedures of the Republic of Kazakhstan. The Commission approved the opinions on the legislative acts of Bulgaria, Kyrgyzstan, Moldova, Kosovo and Ukraine. Following the results of the plenary session, the Commission approved the schedule of plenary sessions for 2021
