TOPICAL ISSUES OF MODERNIZATION OF LAW ENFORCEMENT AND JUDICIAL SYSTEMS IN KAZAKHSTAN WERE DISCUSSED

On December 22, 2020, member of the Constitutional Council A. Daulbaev took part in an online international round table entitled: “Topical issues of modernization of law enforcement and judicial systems in Kazakhstan.”
This forum was organized by the Kazakhstan Criminological Association, the Astana International Financial Center (AIFC), Abai Kazakh National Pedagogical University, Institute Sorbonne-Kazakhstan, the National Volunteer Movement “Accelerator of Good: Izgilik Yelshisi” and the International Union of Lawyers with the support of the Supreme Court, the General Prosecutor’s office, the Ministry of Justice and the Anti-Corruption Agency on the platform of the Institute Sorbonne-Kazakhstan.
The participants were welcomed by the Assistant to the President- Secretary of the Security Council, Chairman of the Supreme Court, Prosecutor General, Chairman of the Anti-corruption Agency of the Republic of Kazakhstan, Minister of Internal Affairs, Minister of Justice, Head of the OSCE Programme Office in Nur Sultan, Rector of KazNPU named after I. Abai and the others.
The event was also attended by representatives of the diplomatic corps accredited in the Republic of Kazakhstan, civil society and the scientific community, foreign and domestic scientists.
