INTERNATIONAL FORUM DEDICATED TO THE MEMORY OF THE ACADEMICIAN SULTAN SARTAEV

On December 23, 2020 members of the Constitutional Council A. Temerbekov, and U. Shapak took part in an international scientific and practical conference dedicated to the memory of an outstanding Kazakh scientist, academician of the National Academy of Sciences of the Republic of Kazakhstan, Doctor of Legal Sciences, Professor Sultan Sartaev entitled “Development of the Republic of Kazakhstan as a sovereign state: modern realities, new ideas, legal practice”.
The forum was organized by the Department of Theory and History of State and Law, Constitutional and Administrative Law the Law Faculty of the
KazNU named after Al -Farabi.
The event was also attended by scientists, teachers of law schools, representatives of state bodies, public figures. Within the framework of the forum, member of the Council A. Temerbekov addressed the conference participants with a welcoming speech.
