Considered the implementation of the three-tier model of the criminal process

On May 28, 2021, member of the Constitutional Council, Askhat Daulbaev took part via videoconference in the meeting of the Commission under the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan on the reform of the law enforcement and judicial systems.

The Commission considered the implementation of the three-tier model of the criminal process, as well as the results of the functional analysis of the activities of the Ministry of Internal Affairs.
