ROUND TABLE ON IMPROVING THE CIVIL SERVICE SYSTEM

On December 25, 2020, E. Burkina, Head of the Organizational Department of the Constitutional Council of the Republic of Kazakhstan, participated in a round table entitled: “Some issues of improving the civil service system”, during which approaches to improving the selection systems for the civil service and the evaluation of the performance of the civil servants of the Corps “B” were discussed.
The forum was attended by representatives of the Executive Office of the President, the Astana Civil Service Hub, the Association of HR Managers, the National Center for Civil Service Personnel Management, as well as heads of the personnel management services of government agencies.
