REPUBLICAN SCIENTIFIC AND PRACTICAL CONFERENCE DEDICATED TO THE 100TH ANNIVERSARY OF ACADEMICIAN S.Z. ZIMANOV

On February 19, 2021, member of the Constitutional Council Unzila Shapak took part in the work of the Republican scientific and practical conference “Salyk Zimanov: citizen, scientist, statesman and public figure” dedicated to the 100^th anniversary of Doctor of Law, Professor, Academician of the National Academy of Sciences S.Z. Zimanov.

The event is dedicated to the 30^th anniversary of the Independence of the Republic of Kazakhstan and the 25^th anniversary of the Eurasian National University, in the formation and development of which took part Salyk Zimanov and his students.

At the opening of the forum, Unzila Shapak read out the welcoming speech of the Chairman of the Constitutional Council Kairat Mami and made a presentation on the topic “Salyk Zimanov’ views on constitutional values”.

The event was attended by state and public figures, famous scientists.
