ISSUES ON IMPROVING CIVIL PROCEEDINGS WERE DISCUSSED

On March 11, 2021, member of the Constitutional Council, Askhat Daulbaev took part via videoconference in the meeting of the Commission under the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan on the reform of the law enforcement and judicial systems.

The Commission considered proposals for improving civil proceedings.
