WORKING GROUP MEETING

On April 15, 2021, member of the Constitutional Council Jogan Merkel took part in the meeting of the working group on the reform of the judicial system under the Commission on the reform of the law enforcement and judicial system under the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

The participants discussed proposals for the modernization of criminal proceedings.
