XXII APRIL INTERNATIONAL SCIENTIFIC CONFERENCE

On April 15 this year the XXII April International Scientific Online Conference on economic and legal development issues - a traditional scientific event dedicated to a wide range of urgent problems of legal development took place.

Secretary General of the Constitutional Council Bakyt Nurmukhanov took part in the online forum and made a report “Constitutional review on referral of cases by ordinary courts and participants in legal proceedings”.
