ISSUES OF ENSURING THE SECURITY OF PERSONAL DATA WERE DISCUSSED

On May 4, 2021, member of the Constitutional Council Unzila Shapak took part online in the International scientific round table entitled: “Topical issues of ensuring the security of personal data.” The event was organized by M. Narikbayev KAZGUU University.

The forum examined foreign experience in the area of personal data protection and discussed amendments to the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan on personal data and their protection.

The event was also attended by representatives of government agencies, scientific and civil society, experts in the field of human rights protection, non-governmental organizations, representatives of the academic community.
