Constitutional Court Reviews Previously Adopted Final Decisions

A meeting chaired by Elvira Azimova, Chairperson of the Constitutional Court, was held at the Constitutional Court of the Republic of Kazakhstan to discuss the results of an analysis of the final decisions previously adopted by the constitutional review body.

During the meeting, the results of the work carried out to assess whether the previously adopted final decisions comply with the Constitution of the Republic of Kazakhstan of 15 March 2026 were presented. Information was also provided by state bodies on the measures taken to implement these decisions.

Following consideration of the materials, the judges of the Constitutional Court will determine whether there is a need to review certain final decisions.

Further information on the decision taken and the results of the relevant work will be provided in due course.
