Dear fellow citizens,

Independence Day is a symbol of the formation and strengthening of Kazakhstan's statehood, an expression of the sovereign right of the people to independently determine the path of development and responsibility for the future of the country. Independence has become our solid foundation for the formation of a legal, democratic, and social state focused on protecting the rights and legitimate interests of individuals and citizens.

The unity of the people, strict observance of the Constitution and laws, and commitment to the principles of the rule of law and justice remain the determining factors for the stability and sustainable development of the Republic of Kazakhstan. The legal and institutional reforms initiated by the Head of State are aimed at further improving the system of public administration, strengthening the rule of law, and expanding the guarantees of citizens' rights and freedoms.

Today, the Republic of Kazakhstan is consistently implementing a course towards building a just state based on dialogue, responsibility, and public consensus. May Independence continue to serve as a reliable foundation for strengthening national unity, social stability, and the progressive development of the country.
