Staff members of the Constitutional Court of Kazakhstan visited the library of the Constitutional Court of the Republic of Korea, the only library in the country specializing in public law. It includes a legal library and a general library.
The legal library stores legal materials from different countries, intended to effectively support constitutional proceedings and research activities.
The general library is equipped with materials on various subject areas, such as the humanities, social sciences, and culture. It is freely accessible to the general public.
The library's collection includes over 200,000 items.
The library is open to visitors and equipped with the necessary facilities for people with disabilities.
Currently, book materials are being digitized, and in the future, there are plans to introduce artificial intelligence technologies on the library's website for automatic translation of pages into different languages.
The Constitutional Court of Kazakhstan also has its own library, whose collection has grown by about 2,000 items in less than three years, including collections of decisions and bulletins of the constitutional control body, scientific literature on constitutional law, collections of works by great Kazakh thinkers and writers, as well as domestic and foreign periodicals.
