In anticipation of the 30th anniversary of the Constitution of the Republic of Kazakhstan, large-scale nationwide campaigns entitled “Legal assistance for every citizen!” and “Open day for free legal assistance” were held in all regions of the country, organized by the judiciary in conjunction with notary chambers and bar associations.

The purpose of these events was to implement the constitutional right of citizens to qualified legal assistance and to ensure its accessibility to all segments of society.

As part of the campaigns, about 2,000 citizens sought legal advice, mainly on issues related to inheritance, family and labor disputes, fraud, alimony collection, notarial fraud, and property rights protection.

Legal advice was provided by representatives of the judiciary, practicing lawyers and attorneys, notaries, and bailiffs.

During the events, citizens received qualified legal assistance, answers, and recommendations on legal issues of interest.

Such events not only allow specific issues to be resolved, but also raise the overall level of legal culture in society.
