1. amending the Code of Criminal Procedure, the Code on Marriage (Matrimony) and Family and other related legislative acts, taking into account legal positions concerning the participation of jurors in court proceedings, the determination and indication of the nationality of a child, and the improvement of the legal institution of adoption and alimony obligations.

2. On amending the Civil Code in order to eliminate legal uncertainty in the regulation of the gambling business, as well as inheritance and insurance issues.

3. On amending the Social Code to ensure that the time of direct care of a non-working parent for a minor child is taken into account in the employment record for the purpose of awarding retirement pensions, as well as to revise approaches to social protection of a certain category of persons taking into account the current conditions.

4. elimination of the legal conflict between the norms of civil and social legislation with regard to the provisions on insurance and pension savings.

5. On regulating, within the framework of the new Law on Civil Service, the legal consequences of expunged or expunged criminal record in matters of admission to civil service.

6. On legal regulation of issues related to the order of temporary importation of vehicles into the Republic of Kazakhstan, the conditions of participation of individuals and legal entities in tenders for the lease of land plots, as well as the regime of disciplinary isolation in the penal system.

7. On taking into account the legal positions of the Constitutional Court when considering the conceptual justifications of draft laws and analyzing the results of legislative monitoring in the next session of Parliament.
