An analyst of the Constitutional Court addressed the students of Astana International University

As part of the events dedicated to the 30th anniversary of the Constitution, Denis Fink, an analyst of the Constitutional Court, gave a guest lecture for students of the Graduate School of Law of Astana International University.

During the lecture, the speaker presented the history of the Constitution of the Republic of Kazakhstan, familiarized the students with the basic constitutional guarantees of human and civil rights and freedoms, emphasizing the key role of the Constitutional Court in ensuring their implementation.

On the examples of individual final decisions of the Constitutional Court explained the practical aspects of the activities of the body of constitutional control to protect the rights of citizens in constitutional proceedings.

In the course of the lecture, the students received meaningful and comprehensive answers to their questions.
