Pharmacies are monitored in the Atyrau region

There are 314 pharmacies in the Atyrau region, of which 223 are in Atyrau, and 91 are in the districts of the region.

The Department of Quality Control and Safety of Goods and Services in the Atyrau region monitors the availability of antipyretic, antibacterial and antiviral drugs in the region's pharmacies in the wholesale and retail sales of drugs and medical devices for 19 and 42 names of drugs.

Currently, the situation with the provision of medicines to pharmacies in the region is stable. For the uninterrupted supply of medicines to the population, the regional akimat has created a stabilization fund.

Also, in the retail market, supplies of essential medicines and medical masks to pharmacies are organized through the Single Distributor SK-Pharmacy LLP.

In accordance with paragraph 1 of Article 426 of the Administrative Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On Administrative Offenses", 44 administrative cases were considered on the facts of an increase in the maximum price for medicines, an administrative fine was imposed on the responsible persons for a total amount of more than 7 million tenge.

In accordance with paragraph 3 of Article 426 of the Administrative Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On Administrative Offenses" on the facts of the sale of medicines not registered in the Republic of Kazakhstan, 7 cases were sent to the court for making decisions.

In accordance with paragraph 1 of Article 464 of the Administrative Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On Administrative Offenses" on the fact of engaging in pharmaceutical activities without special pharmaceutical education, 2 administrative cases were considered and a fine was imposed in the total amount of 83,340 tenge.

In accordance with paragraph 1 of Article 424 of the Administrative Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On Administrative Offenses", an administrative fine was imposed on the fact of illegal pharmaceutical activity in the total amount of 55,560 tenge.
