Traditionally, with the arrival of autumn, agricultural fairs are organized in cities and regions. With the stabilization of the epidemiological situation in a number of regions, agricultural fairs resumed their work. However, it must be remembered that when visiting fairs, it is necessary to strictly observe sanitary and epidemiological requirements. You should not rely on the organization of festive (concert) events during fairs, as this entails a crowd of people and a violation of social distance.
At the entrance to the fair, it is necessary to go through non-contact thermometry, persons with high temperatures are not allowed into the fair grounds, and people without a mask are also not allowed.
The distance between buyers at the counters must be at least 1.5-2 meters. To keep their distance, customers can navigate through the markings located on the floor in front of trade counters. In turn, the social distance between sellers should also be at least two meters.
In addition to the obligatory sanitizers at the counter, sellers must wear special clothing, provide services only in masks and disposable gloves. It is imperative to have with you a personal medical book with a completed medical examination and admission to work.
Disposal of used personal protective equipment (masks, gloves) is carried out only in special containers installed around the perimeter of the fair venue.
Before buying agricultural products, it is worth checking the availability of accompanying documents confirming the quality and safety of products (certificates of conformity, declarations, phytosanitary and veterinary certificates).
Perishable products (meat, sausage, fat-and-oil, dairy products) must be stored in refrigerated or refrigerated equipment that provides the necessary temperature regime for storing each type of food product.
Cutting boards, decks for cutting meat and fish should be made of hard wood, with a smooth surface, without cracks. There should be separate cutting boards and clearly marked knives for each type of food. It is strictly forbidden to cut meat and fish on the ground.
Food products, with the exception of fruit and vegetable products, must be sold in packaged form. Sale of bakery, confectionery, culinary products is carried out only in packaged form.
Do not forget that all of the above are measures taken for the safety of the population and to prevent the spread of the coronavirus epidemic.
