The results of the state audit of the effectiveness of the impact of the activities of local executive bodies on the development of the economy of the Bukhar-Zhyrau region were summed up, the results of which revealed violations of budgetary and other legislation in the total amount of 464,288 thousand tenge, 66 procedural violations, 60 systemic shortcomings and 99 other violations.

During the governmental audit and before the meeting of the audit commission, 16,100.7 thousand tenge was reimbursed to the budget, which is (14.6% of the amount of the amount to be reimbursed, 110,371.5 thousand tenge).

Of the amount of violations subject to restoration, 233,928.6 thousand tenge, 232,689.0 thousand tenge (99.5%) were restored.

The results of the audit activity indicate the presence of systemic shortcomings typical for the district as a whole, the lack of proper monitoring and control by the local executive body, individual administrators of budget programs when planning and using budget funds, as well as when maintaining accounting records, which led to the need to take financial control measures , namely:

On 43 facts, in terms of violations of the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan on public procurement and accounting, they were sent to the Department of Internal State Audit in the Karaganda Region, to the State Revenue Department of the Bukhar-Zhyrau District, to the Interregional Inspectorate of Communications of the Telecommunications Committee to consider the administrative responsibility of officials.

To make procedural decisions on 7 facts of financial violations under Article 189 of the Criminal Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan "Appropriation or embezzlement of entrusted property" (State institution "Department of culture and language development", State institution "Department of agriculture", State institution

"Akim's office of Aktobinsky rural district", State institution "Department of employment and social programs", KGP "Veterinary station of the Akimat of Bukhar-Zhyrau region", State institution "Akim's office of Gagarin rural district" State institution "Akim's office of the rural district of Tuzdy") materials were transferred to the Agency Department Of the Republic of Kazakhstan on combating corruption in the Karaganda region.

Akim of the district was recommended to take effective measures against administrators of budget programs for admitted facts of unreasonable and ineffective use of funds of the district budget.
