Press release

On November 7, 2019, a regular meeting of the Audit Commission was held.At the meeting of the Auditing Commission, the results of the state audit of the use of budgetary funds allocated for the development of the agro-industrial complex (according to separate budget programs) were summed up.

During the meeting, it was noted that the implementation of state support measures, the growth of investment investments contributed to the progressive development of the agricultural sectors of the region.

At the same time, the lack of a systematic analysis of violations previously identified by the state audit bodies and law enforcement agencies, the failure to take effective measures to prevent them, as well as improper interaction of the agricultural department with district (city) departments and agricultural formations did not ensure effective planning and management of budget programs.

Inadequate coordination of the work of structural units; the lack of strict and systematic control of internal activities and, as a result, the "dilution" of responsibility for unjustified, ineffective planning and improper use of budget funds became the main reasons for violations of budgetary and other legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan, had a negative impact on the Department's solution to the task of implementing state policy in areas of development of the agro-industrial complex and rural areas.

According to the results of the audit, an order was sent to the agriculture department, the audit materials on the facts of the violations identified were sent to the Department of the Agency of the Republic of Kazakhstan for Combating Corruption (Anti-Corruption Service) in the Karaganda region.
