On August 22, 2019, a regular meeting of the Audit Commission was held.

At the meeting of the Audit Commission, the results of the expert and analytical event and the state audit of the activities of audit objects in the field of management of communal housing stock were summed up.

During the meeting, the growth in the needs of the population of the regions of the region in housing, improving the quality of the housing stock was noted.

At the same time, improper implementation by authorized bodies - departments of housing inspections and departments of housing and communal services of the assigned functions; lack of interest of the population in creating management bodies for condominiums in the form of KSK, in carrying out repairs and thermal modernization of apartment buildings; The low level of "repayment" of funds for the repair work carried out became a deterrent in the use of existing mechanisms to improve the quality of housing, improve living conditions and replenish local budgets with revenues from rental housing and privatization.

According to the results of the audit, instructions were sent to the akims of the districts (cities) and the heads of the audited objects.
