On September 29, 2020, a regular meeting of the Audit Commission was held.

 

At the meeting of the Auditing Commission, the results of the state audit and analysis of the implementation of the measures of the State Program for the Development of the Agroindustrial Complex of the Republic of Kazakhstan for 2017-2021 were summed up, as well as the use of funds aimed at state support of entrepreneurship in the field of agriculture within the framework of the State Program for the Development of Productive Employment and Mass Entrepreneurship in 2017 - 2021 "Enbek" in the Karaganda region.

During the meeting, it was noted that the implementation by the Department of Agriculture of the Karaganda region of measures of state programs to create conditions for increasing the competitiveness of subjects of the agro-industrial complex within the budget allocated for these purposes contributed to the progressive development of priority sectors of agriculture in the region; involvement of citizens in mass entrepreneurship, an increase in the number of entities engaged in entrepreneurship in rural areas, cities and monotowns of the region.

       

At the same time, the improper organization of internal activities, the lack of the necessary interaction with the district (city) departments of agriculture, agricultural formations, the branch ministry and borrowers of budgetary funds became the reasons for the violations committed.

Based on the results of the audit, the State Institution "Department of Agriculture of the Karaganda Region" gave instructions and recommendations to eliminate the violations of the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan, improve financial discipline.
