On September 29, 2020, a regular meeting of the Audit Commission was held.

At the meeting of the Auditing Commission, the results of the state audit of the effectiveness of the use of budgetary funds allocated for the implementation of anti-crisis measures to ensure the fight against coronavirus infection in the healthcare system were summed up.

The necessary material and technical base at the time of the state of emergency at the State Institution "Health Department of the Karaganda region" was available, since the purchased equipment, medicines and medical supplies at the expense of budget funds amounted to 20% of the total amount purchased and transferred to subordinate organizations from other sources.

At the same time, the audit revealed ineffective planning and use of budget funds, which subsequently led to the redistribution of budget funds.

As a result, it led to violations and shortcomings in the total amount of 1 1100 783.7 thousand tenge, of which financial violations in the amount of 2 671.9 thousand tenge.

During the audit and before the meeting of the Audit Commission, it was restored in full.

Based on the results of the audit of the State Institution “Health Administration of the Karaganda Region, recommendations were made on compliance with the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan, improving financial discipline.
