The meeting summed up the results of the expert and analytical event and the state audit of planning and execution of the regional budget, the use of budget funds for individual budget programs, the implementation of the development program of the Karaganda region for 2019.

As a result of the meeting, it was noted that the implementation of the Development Program of the Karaganda region, measures of state programs had a positive impact on the socio-economic development of the region, positive dynamics was achieved in the basic sectors of the economy.
Failure to achieve 11 target indicators of the GOT, failure to fulfill a number of activities of the plan for its implementation was the result of improper interagency interaction between executives and co-executors of the Program, ineffective, in some cases, the work of administrators of budget programs.

The management of the subjects of the quasi-public sector of the regional communal property did not lead to a stable positive dynamics of the results of their financial and economic activities.
The main parameters of the regional budget have been fulfilled.

As in previous years, improper responsibility of administrators of budget programs for high-quality planning of the implementation of budget programs, lack of proper interaction with the authorized body for planning and budget execution have become the main reasons for the decrease in the effectiveness and efficiency of expenditures of the regional budget in certain areas.

Conducting public procurement by a single organizer contributed to the transparency and accessibility of the procurement process for goods, works, services; resolving issues of legal and technical incompetence of procurement participants.
