On March 12, 2020, a regular meeting of the Audit Commission took place.

At the meeting of the Auditing Commission, the results of the state audit of the use of budgetary funds and state assets in the Shakhtar State Enterprise of the Akimat of the city of Karaganda of the department of culture and language development of the city of Karaganda were summed up.

It was noted that the KGKP "Shakhtar" of the Akimat of the city of Karaganda of the Department of Culture and Development of Languages ​​of the city of Karagandy generally achieves the goals stipulated in the Charter.
Despite the use of state property by the Enterprise, budget subsidies account for the main share of maintenance receipts.

The audit identified certain shortcomings that speak of improper organization of internal planning and control over the use of budgetary funds and state assets.

As a result, it led to violations and shortcomings in the total amount of 16,538.4 thousand tenge, of which financial violations in the amount of 6,974.8 thousand tenge.

According to the results of the audit of the KGKP "Shakhtar" of the Akimat of the city of Karaganda, the department of culture and language development of the city of Karagandy, recommendations were made on compliance with the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan, improving financial discipline.
