On April 21, 2021, a regular meeting of the Audit Commission took place.

At the meeting of the Audit Commission, the results of the state audit of budget funds allocated under certain budget programs to local executive bodies of the city of Karaganda and their subordinate enterprises were summed up, according to the results of which violations of budgetary and other legislation were established for a total amount of 3,142,855.4 thousand tenge and 32 procedural violations , disadvantages.

Of the total amount of financial violations, 69,267.9 thousand tenge were reimbursed and 2,813,172.4 thousand tenge were recovered. The balance to be reimbursed is 260 415.1 thousand tenge, restoration - 415.5 thousand tenge.

The results of the audit activity showed that the violations and shortcomings identified were the result of non-compliance with regulatory legal acts, lack of proper and constant control by the management of the audited objects, which creates risks in ensuring the reasonable and effective use of budget funds, effective implementation of planned activities.

In order to take financial control measures for 3 audit objects, materials were sent to the Department of Internal State Audit in the Karaganda Region (on the facts of violations of the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan on public procurement; accounting and financial reporting) and to the Department of State Architectural and Construction Control of the Karaganda Region ( on the facts of non-compliance with the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated July 16, 2001 "On architectural, urban planning and construction activities in the Republic of Kazakhstan" in terms of work without design estimates).
