The results of the state audit of the efficiency of management and use of state assets in KGP "Botakara su kozhalygy" of Bukhar-Zhyrau region were summed up, the results of which revealed violations of budgetary and other legislation in the total amount of 603,363.4 thousand. tenge, 18 violations of the procedure for performing procedures, 8 systemic problems and shortcomings.

Of the amount of violations subject to compensation and restoration, 102 444.5 thousand. tenge, recovered 63 622.1 thousand tenge. The balance to be restored amounted to 12671.8 thousand tenge, to be reimbursed 26150.6 thousand tenge.

The results of the audit event indicate the presence of systemic shortcomings typical for the enterprise as a whole, the lack of proper monitoring and control by the local executive body, the authorized body of the State Institution "Department of Housing and Communal Services, Passenger Transport and Highways" entailed a number of financial and other violations in production activities enterprises, as well as the need to take financial control measures, namely:

6 materials, in terms of violations of the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan on public procurement and accounting, were sent to the Department of Internal State Audit for the Karaganda region, in 5 materials to the State Revenue Department of the Bukhar-Zhyrau region, for consideration of the administrative responsibility of officials.

The akim of the district was recommended to take effective measures to the management of the audit object and the authorized body for the admitted facts of unreasonable and ineffective use of state assets and funds of the district budget.
