Online public reception was held in the Committee

 

On the first Tuesday of the first autumn month, another online public reception on housing and communal services was held.

This time it was held under the chairmanship of Deputy Chairman of the Committee on Regulation of Natural Monopolies of the Ministry of National Economy of the Republic of Kazakhstan Askhat Zhapsarbai.

Recall that the public reception was held online in connection with the epidemiological situation in the country, and it was held in all regions of the country.

Consumers whose questions were related to the containment of tariffs for light and gas transportation in the Atyrau region, conducted by the department of working groups together with representatives of the public, joined the reception held by the DCRNM.

All questions are answered accordingly.

In turn, the staff of the Committee informed consumers about the approved tariffs for gas, water, heat, light, including reduced tariffs in a number of regions of the country in connection with the introduction of temporary compensating tariffs.
