Measures have been taken in relation to JSC "Transport Service Center"

Based on a number of appeals, the Committee for the Regulation of Natural Monopolies of the Ministry of National Economy of the Republic of Kazakhstan conducted an unscheduled inspection of JSC "Center for Transport Service".

According to the results of the audit, a violation of the legislation on natural monopolies was found in the actions of the subject, which was expressed in the establishment of additional requirements that do not relate to the regulated service provided.

As a result, an order was made to eliminate violations of the legislation on natural monopolies, and a protocol on an administrative offense was drawn up under part four of Article 164 of the Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan on Administrative Offenses.

In addition, the Committee previously made 3 instructions on the elimination of violations of the legislation on natural monopolies (on charging fees for the actual length, submit a petition for the alienation of property, submit an application for approval of the maximum tariff level).

In connection with the failure of the natural monopoly entity to comply with the regulations, the Committee filed lawsuits to the court to compel the execution of the regulations.
