DCREM brought to administrative responsibility large monopolistic entities

Based on the results of the analysis of the reports on the implementation of approved tariff estimates and investment programs for 2019, the Committee for the Regulation of Natural Monopolies of the Ministry of National Economy of the Republic of Kazakhstan brought to administrative responsibility JSC "Intergaz Central Asia", JSC "KazTransOil" and JSC "Transport Service Center".

By the resolutions of the Committee on the imposition of administrative penalties for non-fulfillment of the obligation expressed in non-fulfillment of the tariff estimate and measures of the investment program, the subjects were brought to administrative responsibility under part four of Article 164 of the Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan on Administrative Offenses with the imposition of administrative fines:

- JSC "Intergas Central Asia" in the amount of 1,600 MCI;

- JSC "KazTransOil" in the amount of 3,200 MCI;

- JSC "Center of Transport service" in the amount of 1,600 MCI.
