Traditionally, in connection with the coronavirus pandemic, the public reception was held in an online format via the Facebook page of the Committee for Regulation of Natural Monopolies of the Ministry of National Economy of the Republic of Kazakhstan

At the same time, regional departments of the DCRNM also conducted public receptions in the territories in an online mode.

During the reception, the Committee's specialists told about the work carried out by the department in terms of curbing tariffs and transparent tariff formation of natural monopolies.

Specifically, such areas as heat supply, gas supply, water supply and electricity were affected.

Information was brought to consumers about what violations were detected in the actions of heat supply organizations, in terms of illegal charges for heat.

In conclusion, the Deputy Chairman, Askhat Zhapsarbay, spoke in detail about the appeals received by the Committee, including the nature of citizens ' appeals, and asked to contact the DCRNM in case of illegal actions of natural monopolies.
