The tariff regulator held another online reception

The Committee on Regulation of Natural Monopolies of the Ministry of National Economy of the Republic of Kazakhstan traditionally held a regular public reception at the beginning of this month.

And this time it was held online via Facebook, as well as in all regions of the country.        

In the last month of the outgoing year, the management of the Committee tried to answer as much as possible all the questions of consumers who applied in real time.

The management of the DCRNM reported in detail about the work carried out by the department to curb the growth of tariffs for the population in 2020, as well as to prevent the growth of tariffs for the population in 2021.

During the online reception, a question was received from a resident of Almaty regarding the lack of heat supply for a detached residential building in the city.

This issue was taken under control by the management of the Committee and a corresponding instruction was given to the territorial division for Almaty.

Also, a question was received regarding the tariffs for hot water supply and heat in the Karasay district of the Almaty region.

Specific explanations are given to this question, namely, that appropriate work is being carried out to reduce tariffs. 

Dear consumers, the Committee will continue to hold such public receptions in the New Year. The format of the event will be determined depending on the epidemiological situation in the country.
