The results of the audit of Shakhtinskteploenergo LLP

Inspectors of the Karaganda Department of the Industrial Safety Committee of the Ministry of Emergency Situations of the Republic of Kazakhstan conducted an unscheduled inspection of hazardous production facilities of Shakhtinskteploenergo LLP for the elimination of previously issued regulations.

According to the results of the audit, the non-fulfillment of 3 gross violations of the requirements of the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the field of industrial safety was established. The inspectors sent the materials to a Specialized court to bring the legal entity to administrative responsibility.
