The results of the inspection of the Coal Department of JSC "ArcelorMittal Temirtau"

Inspectors of the Karaganda Department of the Industrial Safety Committee of the Ministry of Emergency Situations of the Republic of Kazakhstan conducted an inspection of hazardous production facilities at the T. Kuzembayev mine of the ArcelorMittal Temirtau Coal Department.

According to the results of the audit, 219 violations of the requirements of the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the field of industrial safety were identified. The inspectors have drawn up instructions on the elimination of the detected violations and initiated cases of administrative offenses under the first part of Article 298 of the Code of Administrative Offenses.

For gross violations of industrial safety requirements that pose a threat to human life and health, an act was drawn up on the suspension of the operation of the B-2000 lifting machine and the descent and lifting of goods along the rail slope of the 3 horizon of the K10 formation and materials were sent to the Specialized Interdistrict Economic Court of the Karaganda region.
