The results of the audit of Kazakhmys Coal LLP

Inspectors of the Karaganda Department of the Industrial Safety Committee of the Ministry of Emergency Situations of the Republic of Kazakhstan conducted an inspection of hazardous production facilities at the Molodezhny section and at the Kuu-Chekinsky section of Kazakhmys Coal LLP.

According to the results of the audit, 70 violations of the requirements of the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the field of industrial safety were revealed. The inspectors have drawn up instructions on the elimination of the detected violations and initiated cases of administrative offenses under the first part of Article 298 of the Code of Administrative Offenses.

For gross violations of industrial safety requirements that pose a threat to human life and health, an act was drawn up on the suspension of operation of drilling equipment (machines) DM-45 No.8790 and DML-45 No. 8460, highway PK 24-26, 28-29, EKG-10I No. 1, BelAZ 75131 №532, №535, №2222, №1787, №3954, №3024, №1010, №1012, CAT-966GH No. 403 and sent materials to the Specialized Interdistrict Economic Court of the Karaganda region.
