The results of the audit of "Bio Operations" LLP

Inspectors of the North Kazakhstan Region of the Department of the Industrial Safety Committee of the Ministry of Emergency Situations of the Republic of Kazakhstan conducted an inspection of hazardous production facilities of Bio Operations LLP.

During the inspection, facilities for the storage and processing of vegetable raw materials, storage of petroleum products, operation of equipment operating under pressure and lifting mechanisms were examined.

According to the results of the audit, violations of the requirements of the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the field of industrial safety were revealed. The inspectors have drawn up instructions on the elimination of the detected violations and initiated cases of administrative offenses under the first part of Article 298 of the Code of Administrative Offenses.
