The results of the audit of Kaz M-I LLP

Inspectors of the Atyrau Department of the Industrial Safety Committee of the Ministry of Emergency Situations of the Republic of Kazakhstan conducted an inspection of hazardous production facilities of Kaz M-I LLP, located at the Tengiz field of Zhylyoy district, Atyrau region..

Kaz M-I LLP was established in 2008. The main activities are the production and sale of drilling fluids, the processing of drilling waste, the supply of oilfield reagents and pipeline additives, the supply of tools for mechanical cleaning of the wellbore and other engineering, technical and service services to ensure the smooth operation of oil companies.

According to the results of the audit, 13 violations of the requirements of the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the field of industrial safety were identified. The inspectors have drawn up instructions on the elimination of the detected violations and initiated cases of administrative offenses under the first part of Article 298 of the Code of Administrative Offenses.
