The results of the inspection of "Neftestroyservice" LLP

Inspectors of the Atyrau Department of the Industrial Safety Committee of the Ministry of Emergency Situations of the Republic of Kazakhstan conducted an inspection of hazardous production facilities of NeftestroyserviceLLP.

NeftestroyserviceLtd LLP is a permanent participant in projects for the development of production capacities of the Tengiz complex. The Company's builders were actively involved in the implementation of the second–generation TCO Project - both at the construction of the second-generation Plant and at the unique gas re-injection complex. To date, the Company is contributing to the Future Expansion Project and the Wellhead Pressure Management Project.

nEftestroyservice Ltd LLP was founded in 1997 and is a 100% Kazakh organization registered in the Republic of Kazakhstan, and is also one of the largest companies providing various works and services in the Western region of Kazakhstan in the field of:

1) earthwork, general construction, mechanical, pipeline, structural works. Also experience in providing electrical installation and instrumentation services;

2) Operation and Maintenance Services;

3) Major repairs;

4) Waste disposal;

5) Construction of commercial and residential property;

6) Provision of accommodation and catering services;

7) Services for training and advanced training of personnel.

The Company adheres to the Integrated Management System (IMS) in accordance with ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001 standards certified by the National Center for Expertise and Certification.

According to the results of the audit, 27 violations of the requirements of the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the field of industrial safety were revealed. The inspectors have drawn up instructions on the elimination of the detected violations and initiated cases of administrative offenses under the first part of Article 298 of the Code of Administrative Offenses.
