The results of the audit of "Eureka Oleum" LLP

Inspectors of the Mangystau Department of the Industrial Safety Committee of the Ministry of Emergency Situations of the Republic of Kazakhstan conducted an inspection of hazardous production facilities of Eureka Oleum LLP.

The main activity of Eureka Oleum LLP is oil exploration and production. The company is the one-hundred-percent owner of the license to conduct oil exploration and production at the Kultuk site, located in the Beineu district of the Mangistau region, since 2015.

According to the results of the audit, 7 violations of the requirements of the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the field of industrial safety were identified. The inspectors drew up instructions on the elimination of the detected violations and initiated cases of administrative offenses under the first part of article 298 of the Code of Administrative Offenses.
