Participation of the state inspector in technical inspections of lifting mechanisms, after installation, before commissioning

According to article 16 of the Law "On Civil Protection", organizations that have dangerous production facilities and (or) are involved in work on them are obliged: when putting into operation a dangerous production facility, to conduct acceptance tests, technical inspections with the participation of a state inspector.

In accordance with subparagraph 6) of paragraph 3 of Article 39 of the Law, officials exercising state supervision in the field of industrial safety include state inspectors for state supervision in the field of industrial safety, who are officials of territorial divisions of the authorized body in the field of industrial safety.

The participation of the state inspector in the technical inspections of lifting mechanisms, after installation, before commissioning, before obtaining a passport of the entire constructed object, is mandatory.
