The results of the audit of Komarovsky Mining Enterprise LLP

Inspectors of the Kostanay Department of the Industrial Safety Committee of the Ministry of Emergency Situations of the Republic of Kazakhstan conducted an inspection of hazardous production facilities of Komarovsky Mining Enterprise LLP.

During the inspection, the following areas were examined: areas of blasting operations, a laboratory, a warehouse of precursors, a warehouse of highly toxic substances, dangerous technical devices, including those with expired service life, a temporary storage warehouse for diesel fuel, a gas farm, compressor installations, a quarry of Arshylysayskoye construction stone. According to the results of the inspection, 22 violations of industrial safety requirements were revealed, typical of which are the conduct of work from the agreed project documentation, the absence of technological regulations for the safe operation and maintenance of compressor units. The inspectors drew up instructions on the elimination of the detected violations and initiated cases of administrative offenses under the first part of article 298 of the Code of Administrative Offenses.
